Once your order is in your shopping cart, you can manually enter the code before completing payment. If your code does not work and is not expired, please contact our customer care team at info@atrremote.com for assistance.

What is our shipping policy?

ATR Remote offers free shipping to countries within the European Union. Orders will be prepared within 1–3 business days, and products will be shipped only after payment is received. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. If you would like to request shipping details, please reach out to us at info@atrremote.com. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS.
