Connect

Connect the ATR-Remote to the internet using an Ethernet cable or wifi. The ATR-Remote is connected to the server once the red and green light on the internet port light up continuously. Please check your internet connection if the lights keep blinking.

Create

When the ATR Remote is connected to the internet, go to atr.obd.help. Here you are able to create a ticket. We offer services in IT-diagnose, learning and adapting parts and teaching new and used transmission computers.

Chat

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a ticket. Once you have created the ticket, you can chat with one of our operators. They are happy to assist you. We will do everything in our power to find a solution to your problem.
